Refund policy

We are confident you will be happy with your order and it will arrive in perfect condition. It is crucial for you to check your item within 48 hours of receipt to be considered for a return and refund. Personalised busy boards and other personalised items are not eligible for a refund. 

However, we do understand things can happen in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, we ask you to send pictures of the issue to hello@teamfamily.co.uk. We can then assess the situation and process a return, if eligible. We will then initiate a claim with the courier company. The item must be in an unused condition and returned in the same packaging, where possible. It is crucial you do not to attempt to repair the busy board yourself as this will compromise the safety and void refund eligibility. We will update you as soon as we have receipt of your returned item, inspected the item and have been approved of the claim by the courier.
