All You Need to Know About Delivery for Your Purchases

Dispatch. Once your busy board is completed, we’ll send you a picture to confirm that everything meets your expectations. We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied before dispatching your order. After you’ve replied with your approval, we’ll carefully wrap and package your item, then send it out for delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey to you.
(In case we don’t hear back from you within 24 hours after sending the picture, we will proceed with dispatching your order to avoid any unnecessary delays. For all other orders, you will also receive a dispatch notification along with a tracking number, ensuring you stay informed every step of the way.)
Packaging. We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All of our packaging materials are either biodegradable or recyclable, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. For additional protection, we use large bubble wrap when necessary. We also include cardboard inserts to fill any extra space in the box, providing extra security during transit.
Our large busy boards are packaged in specially designed boxes that fit perfectly, minimizing movement and potential damage during delivery. Rest assured, your item will be securely packed and ready to withstand the journey to your home.
Courier Services. We use reputable courier services to handle the delivery of your orders. For large and medium parcels, we typically use UPS or DPD, both of which offer reliable and efficient service. Smaller parcels and envelopes are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail.
If you need your order to be delivered on a specific day, please let us know when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Safety Information. Safety is paramount, especially for items such as busy boards. With your order, you’ll receive a Safety Notice that outlines all the essential safety information, reiterating what you have read in the safety section on our website. This ensures that you are fully informed about how to use the product safely and effectively.
Digital Downloads. For those purchasing digital downloads, you’ll receive your files instantly after purchase. The download link will be sent to your email and will also be available in your customer account. This ensures quick and easy access to your digital products, allowing you to start using them right away.
